Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Paid features may be purchased only by persons who can form a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and promptly update your email address if it changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive; we may change or reclaim a username at our discretion.

One free league. Each person may create one league without a paid subscription. This allowance is tied to both your account and your email address, including common variations of the same address. Creating additional accounts or using alternate addresses to obtain more free leagues or trials is a violation of these Terms, and we may suspend those accounts and leagues.

Subscription. RoguEDH PRO is a monthly subscription, currently US$2.99 per month plus any applicable taxes, that lets you host additional leagues and use premium trophy and medal options. Joining leagues and drafting remain free. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and PayPal and Venmo payments by PayPal, Inc.; we do not store your full card or account details.

RoguEDH Patron. Patron is a monthly subscription, currently US$99 per month plus any applicable taxes, that includes PRO for the subscriber and lets them share PRO with up to 100 other accounts through a join link. Members receive PRO only while the Patron's subscription is active, and a Patron may remove members at any time. The Patron is responsible for whom they share their link with. Members' accounts remain their own; a Patron cannot see or control a member's decks or account beyond their username and the date they joined.

Extra Patron seats. Patrons may add seats in packs of 100, currently US$49.99 per pack per month, billed with their Patron subscription (prorated for card payments). A pack can be removed only when the remaining seats still cover every member.

Venmo passes. PRO and Patron can also be prepaid with Venmo for one, three or twelve months at the monthly price for each month. A pass does not renew and is not refundable except where required by law. Buying another pass of the same plan adds its months to the end of the current one. Extra Patron seats require a monthly card or PayPal subscription.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method will be charged the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep PRO features until then. A cancelled card subscription can be resumed before that date; a cancelled PayPal subscription cannot, but you may subscribe again.

Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused features.

Free trial. We may offer a free trial of PRO (currently 7 days), available once per person and email address. No payment method is required for the trial, and it does not convert to a paid subscription automatically. When the trial ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you subscribe.

One-time cancellation offer. When cancelling, eligible subscribers who have paid for at least one full month at the regular price may be offered a discounted rate (currently US$1.99 per month for PRO and US$49.99 per month for Patron). Each offer may be accepted once per account. The discounted rate begins with the next billing period and applies only while the subscription remains continuously active. If you later cancel and subscribe again, the regular monthly rate applies.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any change to the price of an active subscription, and the new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

League owners control their leagues' settings, including card pools, game requirements and trophy designs. Game results are entered by players and league owners; we do not verify them and are not responsible for disputes between players. Trophies, medals, standings and statistics are recognition within the Service only and have no monetary value.

Drafts are final. Each player may draft one deck per league, and draft picks cannot be undone or redrawn.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
• post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes anyone's rights;
• manipulate drafts, results, or standings, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
• access the Service by automated means, scrape it, or interfere with its operation or security;
• create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or payment;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our written permission.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as usernames, league names, trophy names and card notes. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and reproduce that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Card notes and votes. Notes you leave on cards are shown to RoguEDH PRO players drafting the same commander, with your username. Keep them about the game: no harassment, spam, links or personal information. Upvotes on cards are shown only as totals.

Store pages. Patrons are responsible for the names, logos, descriptions, links and Discord webhooks they add to their store, and confirm they have the right to use them. Store logos and names appear on the store's public page, its leagues, and the trophies and medals those leagues award, including in players' trophy cases. We may remove store content that infringes others' rights or violates these Terms.

Card data and images are provided by Scryfall, and commander statistics by EDHREC. Deck lists may be exported to MPC Autofill or Moxfield, and “Buy this deck” sends a card list to TCGplayer, where prices, availability, condition and the sale itself are between you and TCGplayer's sellers. We may earn an affiliate commission on those purchases. These are independent third-party services with their own terms; RoguEDH is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

Any proxy cards you produce from an exported deck list are your responsibility. Proxies are intended for personal, casual play only. Do not sell them, present them as genuine Magic: The Gathering cards, or use them where prohibited, including sanctioned tournaments.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service or any feature, with notice where reasonably possible. If we discontinue PRO entirely, we will stop future charges. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT CARD DATA, STATISTICS OR RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROGUEDH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$10. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold RoguEDH harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoguEDH's operator is located, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
